For years, fear kept me stuck—fear of change, fear of the unknown. I told myself that good enough was fine. That I could make it work. But deep down, I knew the truth.

There’s a first time for everything…
🎉 Reflecting on the past year, I've had a lot of emotions and adventures! Turning 46 brought a wave of "firsts" both personally and professionally. From trying new foods to embracing solo travel, I've pushed beyond my comfort zone and discovered the joy of new experiences and I've learned that life is about living it to the fullest, regardless of age. Here's to embracing the unknown, learning, and growing each day. As I eagerly anticipate year #47, I'm filled with gratitude and excitement for the journey ahead! 🌟
Lessons from Change in the New Year
As I sit here and think about this past year and how many changes there have been, I can’t help but think back to the start of the “20s”, 2020 to be exact…A year that was historically changing nonetheless but in general, I can’t help but reflect on how much life has changed, and how much I’ve learned from change. Can anyone else relate?
